Practice Information

The Surgery is located in the Bedfordshire village of Caddington and serves the people of Caddington, Slip End, Woodside and Pepperstock. There is parking space in front of the surgery, and access and toilet facilities are suitable for the disabled.  For a map showing the location of the Surgery, click here.

There is a detailed map of our practice boundary area at the surgery and we are only able to accept new registrations within our practice boundary area. This map shows the approximate area covered by the Practice.

If you move out of this area, you will need to re-register with a local doctor in your new area.

Illness Certificates

Your doctor is not required to give you a certificate if you are off sick for less than a week; you can sign yourself off with a self-certificate (SC2) available from reception or from your workplace. If your employer insists on a doctor's certificate, you may ask for a private certificate, for which there is a small charge.

If you are off sick for a week or more, a free DSS medical certificate can be issued. Unless we have received a recent letter from another doctor about your illness, your doctor will need to see you first.
